Vulcain Engineering Group | Belgium is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Works to manage feasibility studies and design preparation for civil infrastructure linked to energy projects, including foundations and buildings.

You will define design concepts, prepare technical specifications, estimate costs, develop project schedules, coordinate with structural experts and external partners, and ensure compliance with construction standards, delivering complete engineering packages for execution

Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in industrial or infrastructure civil works.
Knowledge of foundations, structural design, and construction methods.
Strong planning and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

Conduct feasibility studies for civil works (foundations, structures, buildings).
Define design concepts aligned with technical and site constraints.
Prepare technical specifications and scope of work.
Estimate costs and develop project schedules.
Coordinate with structural experts, architects, and external partners.
Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
Prepare complete engineering packages for execution teams.
Support project clarification during execution when needed.
