Responsabilités

• Conduct feasibility studies for civil works including foundations, structures and buildings.
• Define design concepts aligned with technical and site constraints.
• Prepare technical specifications and scope of work.
• Estimate costs and develop project schedules.
• Coordinate with structural experts, architects, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
• Prepare complete engineering packages for execution teams.
• Support project clarification during execution when needed.
