Vulcain Engineering Group seeks a Civil & Structural QA Engineer to lead quality assurance for civil and structural works on a major industrial renewable energy facility. The role ensures compliance with project specs, standards and site quality demands, working with Construction, Engineering and HSE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in industrial or infrastructural construction.
• Proficient in French and English.
• Experience with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality inspections and surveillance on civil works, concrete and steel structures on site.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, procedures and European standards.
• Participate in inspections, witness points and quality control during construction.
• Review technical docs, quality records, inspection reports and contractor deliverables.
• Identify, document and track non-conformities with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Quality and HSE teams for alignment on quality requirements.
• Support contractors in implementing quality procedures and inspection plans.
• Prepare inspection reports, dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction quality and site performance.
