Job summary

Amaris Consulting Belgium SPRL is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site civil works for railway infrastructure renovations. You will supervise and coordinate activities, ensuring safety and quality while aligning with technical specs.

You will collaborate with contractors and stakeholders, monitor progress, report on-site status, and help deliver projects on time. Fluency in French and Dutch and good English are preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site civil engineering and infrastructure works.


• Monitor renovation works, including railway platform upgrades and related infrastructure.


• Ensure that work is carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on site.


• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure deadlines are respected.


• Report on-site progress and ensure effective communication between all parties.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• You have ideally 2–6 years of experience in site supervision or civil engineering projects.


• You have hands‑on experience working on construction sites.


• You are fluent in both French and Dutch.


• You have a good command of English.


• You have strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.


• You are comfortable supervising teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders on site.
