Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a specialist to drive its low-code transformation and governance strategy. You will design a comprehensive governance framework and hands-on Power Platform development to support a growing creator community while maintaining enterprise-grade standards.

You will mentor developers, align with IT and security, advance ALM and automated quality checks, and translate complex requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles related to Microsoft Power Platform and application governance.
• Proven track record implementing Citizen Development governance in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on development expertise in Power Platform and ALM.
• Experience automating quality checks, security compliance, and documentation.

Responsabilités

This role combines strategic framework design with hands‑on development to empower a growing community of creators while ensuring enterprise‑grade standards.

• Define and implement a comprehensive governance framework to ensure secure and sustainable citizen development practices.
• Design and develop advanced solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to serve as a technical reference for the community.
• Establish development standards, lifecycle management processes, and architectural guidelines aligned with IT security and compliance.
• Coach and mentor a community of developers, conducting technical reviews to enhance solution quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical guidance for non-technical creators.
• Automate quality checks and documentation processes to scale the operating model effectively across the organization.

• You have 5+ years of experience in roles related to Microsoft Power Platform and application governance.
• You possess a proven track record of implementing Citizen Development governance frameworks within large-scale organizational environments.
• You bring strong hands‑on development expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• You have experience in automating quality controls, security compliance, and solution documentation.
• You're experienced in supporting, coaching, and facilitating developer communities while managing diverse stakeholders.
• You possess a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent presentation skills.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with industrializing low‑code operating models.
