Showpad beckons a Chief Architect to set and steward the architectural direction for its portfolio. You will partner with the CTO, align product and GTM priorities, and drive architectural integrity across multi-tenant, security-sensitive enterprise solutions.

The role demands deep cloud-native expertise and strong influence across executive teams. You will guide AI and cloud economics, organize ARB governance, and champion modernization efforts while ensuring economic and customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in B2B SaaS.
• Led architecture and development for large-scale enterprise products — multi-tenant, security- and compliance-sensitive.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native SaaS architectures.
• Proven track record working with and through globally distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
• Has owned and delivered significant technical transformation or modernization inside a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead the overall architectural direction across multiple products, defining the target-state platform architecture and the pragmatic path from where each product is today.
• Chair and run the Architecture Review Board — establishing standards, reference architectures, decision records and review cadence.
• Embed in the development process where complex deliverables require an architecture runway ahead of execution.
• Represent Showpad's technology to customers and prospects — architecture, security and AI deep dives.
• Lead modernization of complex, dated products in the portfolio and drive multi-year transformation.
