You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, maintaining standards in food safety, hygiene and cost control while upholding our Yes I Can service ethos. You should bring hands-on cooking skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring guest dining experiences stay at the highest level.
• Works as part of a team to maximise guest satisfaction and timely response to enquiries and problems.
• Takes responsibility for duties, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
• Delivers on departmental plans and targets while achieving hotel initiatives.
• Collaborates with their immediate report to manage costs and inventory, and maintain productivity.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships and promotes company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and conducts audit-ready activities as required.
