Qualifications

• License or equivalent training on CFM56 and/or V2500 and/or LEAP 1A/1B engines required.
• Capability to read and implement service bulletins and airworthy documentation.
• High proficiency in technical reading and writing in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform engine incoming inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct humidity checks and preservation for engines.
• Handle engine inspections and external parts replacements.

Connaissances

Part 66 B1, B1/B2, B1/C or equivalent

Understanding of ATA 100 system

Service bulletins and airworthy documentation

Technical English proficiency

High level of computer literacy

Teamwork and independence

Description du poste

This position is for Engine Services within Sabena Engineering. Reporting to the Head of Engine Services, you will be responsible for managing and performing various engine service tasks as listed below.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Engine Services, you will be required to perform the following:

• Engine Incoming Inspection
• Engine Storage, Humidity Checks and Humidity Corrections
• Engine Preservation
• Engine Boroscope inspection
• Engine Boroblending
• Engine handling, QEC removal and installation
• Engine inspection at major module level, Inventory Checks and Lease Return Work Scope (LRWS) / C-Checks iaw B-rating
• Engine Identification Plug TST/REP iaw C-rating
• Replacement of external engine parts
• Maintain and operate ES tooling
• Maintain and follow-up of local products

Your Profile:

• You have a Part 66 B1, B1/B2, B1/C or B1/B2/C license or equivalent shop training/experience on CFM56 and/or V2500 and/or LEAP 1A/1B engines
• Full understanding of ATA 100 system and working knowledge of interactions between AMM, ESM, CMM
• Capability of reading, understanding and implementation of service bulletins and airworthy documentation
• Ability to converse and understand English language at a high level
• High level of reading and writing technical English is a must
• High level of computer literacy will be required for daily tasks
• Have the ability to work within a small team and act independently when required
