SABENA ENGINEERING BRUSSELS is seeking qualified individuals for engine services in Melsbroek, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive engine inspections, including incoming inspections, storage, humidity checks, boroscope inspections and the handling of engine parts.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the aerospace sector, contributing to both civil and military aviation operations.

Responsabilités

• Perform Engine Incoming Inspection.
• Conduct Engine Storage and Humidity Checks.
• Preserve engines and perform Boroscope inspections.
• Engine Boroscope inspection
• Engine Boroblending
• Engine handling, QEC removal and installation
• Engine inspection at major module level, Inventory Checks and Lease Return Work Scope (LRWS) / C-Checks iaw B-rating
• Engine Identification Plug TST/REP iaw C-rating
• Replacement of external engine parts
• Maintain and operate ES tooling
• Maintain and follow-up of local products

Your Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Engine Services, you will be required to perform the following:

• Engine Incoming Inspection
• Engine Storage, Humidity Checks and Humidity Corrections
• Engine Preservation
• Engine Boroscope inspection
• Engine Boroblending
• Engine handling, QEC removal and installation
• Engine inspection at major module level, Inventory Checks and Lease Return Work Scope (LRWS) / C-Checks iaw B-rating
• Engine Identification Plug TST/REP iaw C-rating
• Replacement of external engine parts
• Maintain and operate ES tooling
• Maintain and follow-up of local products
