Atlas Copco's Airtec division in Wilrijk, Belgium, seeks a Ceramics taskforce leader to drive development from feasibility to commercialization, coordinating a multicompetent team and upholding a strong safety culture. You will manage a broad portfolio of ceramic substrates for adsorption media, monitor profitability, and push cost improvements while aligning with R&D incubator initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical-scientific or technical-commercial field with proven product development or people management experience.
• Results-driven with ability to motivate a high-performance team and manage diverse personalities.
• Affinity with chemical adsorption processes or willingness to expand knowledge.
• Fluent Dutch and English; proficient with MS Office 365.
• Entrepreneurial, optimistic mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the ceramics taskforce and translate mission into daily activities with a strong safety culture.
• Expand portfolio of adsorption media using ceramic substrates from feasibility to commercialization and field follow-up.
• Support cross-fertilization with the R&D incubator and optimize production processes for profitability.
• Handle P&L and drive cost savings and best-practice sharing within the team.
• Report to the adsorbtion media engineering manager and operate at the Wilrijk site.
