Atlas Copco Group Belgium seeks a Ceramics taskforce leader to guide a cross-functional, self-steering team of experts. You will drive product development, profitability, and continuous improvement for ceramic adsorption media, from feasibility to commercialization, with close R&D collaboration and field support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical-scientific or technical-commercial field.
• Proven experience in product development or people management.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate a high-performance team and strong emotional intelligence.
• Affinity with chemical adsorption processes or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; fluent in Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial, optimistic and communicative mindset with awareness of diverse personalities.
• Experience with QRM or startup methodologies is a bonus.
