HumanInTech is seeking a skilled professional to lead the CER legislation implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving risk-based governance. The role focuses on ensuring timely compliance and deploying organisational, technical, and operational measures to safeguard essential services.

This 16-month, 3/5 part-time assignment is hybrid and based in the Antwerp region, with a start as soon as possible. Fluency in Dutch is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security or a comparable domain
• Experience with organisation-wide change projects is a strong asset
• Knowledge of project and programme management, risk management, business continuity and crisis management
• Knowledge of compliance and governance processes
• Affinity with infrastructure, operational processes and security
• Dutch: native or bilingual proficiency; English is a plus

What you will do

You will be responsible for designing, coordinating and monitoring the complete implementation trajectory of the CER legislation (Critical Entities Resilience) within the organisation. Your goal is to ensure timely and demonstrable compliance with legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities, and to implement the necessary organisational, technical and operational measures to safeguard the continuity of essential services.

Your work will involve coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders across the organisation, and ensuring that all compliance and governance processes are properly executed. You will take a risk-oriented approach to identify vulnerabilities and drive the implementation of measures that strengthen the organisation's resilience.

The setting

This assignment runs for 16 months, until the end of December 2027, and is part-time at 3/5. The start is as soon as possible. The role is hybrid, based in the Antwerp region. You will work within a Belgian public company active in the water sector, contributing to a safer and more resilient infrastructure that supports essential public services.
