HumanInTech is seeking a skilled professional to lead the CER legislation implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving risk-based governance. The role focuses on ensuring timely compliance and deploying organisational, technical, and operational measures to safeguard essential services.

This 16-month, 3/5 part-time assignment is hybrid and based in the Antwerp region, with a start as soon as possible. Fluency in Dutch is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security or a comparable domain
• Experience with organisation-wide change projects is a strong asset
• Knowledge of project and programme management, risk management, business continuity and crisis management
• Knowledge of compliance and governance processes
• Affinity with infrastructure, operational processes and security
• Dutch: native or bilingual proficiency; English is a plus

Responsabilités

• Designing, coordinating and monitoring the complete implementation trajectory of CER legislation within the organisation
• Ensure timely and demonstrable compliance with legal obligations regarding resilience of critical entities
• Implement organisational, technical and operational measures to safeguard continuity of essential services
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders across the organisation
• Adopt a risk-oriented approach to identify vulnerabilities and drive mitigation measures
