Progressive is seeking a Senior Project Manager Compliance, Risk & Resilience to lead the CER framework implementation within a major infrastructure environment in Belgium. You will coordinate risk assessments, business continuity planning, and crisis management initiatives across Operations, IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Security, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of risk management, business continuity, and crisis management practices.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Affinity with critical infrastructure, operational environments, and security-related topics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert risks into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Dutch; English is considered a bonus.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation program focused on implementing the European Critical Entities Resilience (CER) framework within a major infrastructure environment.
