Pauwels Consulting is seeking a specialist to lead resilience compliance, designing and coordinating CER implementation to ensure continuity of essential services from day one. The role focuses on aligning governance with regulatory requirements and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will manage risk, crisis, and BCM processes while engaging stakeholders and driving organizational security and compliance initiatives. The position is hybrid in Aartselaar, part-time (60%), ASAP start, 16 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or Business Continuity.
• Expert knowledge in Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Strong understanding of Compliance and Governance processes.
• Affinity with infrastructure and operational security processes.
• Analytically strong and risk-oriented with excellent coordination skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Native or bilingual in Dutch.

Our client, a key organization in the infrastructure and environmental management sector, is seeking a professional to lead their resilience compliance efforts. This role involves designing and coordinating the implementation of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) framework to ensure the continuity of essential services.

• Design and coordinate the full implementation trajectory of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation.
• Ensure the organization meets all legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities.
• Implement organizational, technical, and operational measures to safeguard service continuity.
• Coordinate risk management, business continuity, and crisis management processes within the project.
• Connect and lead multidisciplinary teams to align on compliance and governance objectives.
• Follow up on legislative and organizational requirements to ensure demonstrable compliance.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or Business Continuity.
• You possess expert knowledge in Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• You have a strong understanding of Compliance and Governance processes.
• You bring affinity with infrastructure and operational security processes.
• You're analytically strong and risk-oriented with excellent coordination skills.
• You possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are native or bilingual in Dutch.
