Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management in FMCG/retail.
• Hands-on experience with retail data (Nielsen/Discover preferred) is essential.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, plus proficiency in the other national language and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies based on market and retailer insights.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to boost category performance.
• Lead Net Revenue Management: pricing, promotions, margins and profitability.
• Coordinate trade initiatives and shopper activation plans with stakeholders.
