You will provide career coaching across all levels and help employees explore internal or external opportunities, guiding transitions and clarifying next steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Career Services, HR or Recruiting.
• Coaching qualification with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one career coaching and guidance to employees across levels.
• Own reporting on key outcome metrics for career services and outplacements.
• Support CV writing, cover letters, interview prep, and market insights; coordinate with People Team across regions.
