Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Systems Document Management Associate CAR-T in Ghent. You will support administrative tasks for document management and training, manage Truvault documents and Summit training setup, and represent the site in global forums while mentoring users.

Role requires a bachelor degree and proficiency in English and Dutch, with a quality mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities. The position is based on-site in Ghent, Belgium.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree is required.
• Preferred languages: Dutch and English.
• Experience with document management systems (Truvault) and training platforms (Summit).
• Familiarity with quality and compliance processes (cGMP).
• Proactive, initiative-taking, and capable of improvements.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Quality mindset, adaptable to shifting priorities and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support for document management and training management with compliant processes.
• Manage procedures and related documents in Truvault.
• Manage training setup in Summit.
• Represent CAR-T Belgium in global forums and team meetings; mentor site users; control system access.
• Maintain a clear archive per Worldwide Record Information Management policies.
• Perform tasks per Janssen/Johnson & Johnson policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
• Attend meetings and training; participate in process improvement and training; coach less experienced colleagues.
