Job summary
Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a high-impact investment professional to advise on large real estate opportunities and lead cross-functional deal execution. You will originate opportunities, build investor networks, and develop compelling investment cases for complex transactions.
Based in Brussels, you will work within an entrepreneurial team, with fast-track growth, strong learning opportunities and exposure to high-value real estate assets across asset classes.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, real estate or investment advisory (3–8 years).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with track record in business development or deal-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

- Identify and originate new investment opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders
- Develop financial models and investment cases for complex transactions
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and due diligence
- Advise clients on transaction structuring and investment strategies
- Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end
- Contribute to the growth and positioning of the business unit
