Wlgroup is seeking a seasoned professional to support electromagnetic operations capability development for a NATO-related programme. The role spans requirements through doctrine, with multinational coordination and governance oversight.

You will brief senior leaders, manage complex programmes, and ensure alignment across agencies and nations. The position includes relocation to Norfolk, USA, with NATO-5 visa provisions and long-year renewals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, computer science or project management.
• Three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational knowledge of electromagnetic operations or warfare at tactical or joint level.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of capability products in this area under the alliance governance model.
• Support the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Draw out, capture, analyse and trace requirements at every level.
• Develop and review the doctrinal corpus — policies, doctrine, directives, concepts of operation.
• Coordinate across all lines of development and propose courses of action where they conflict.
• Organise and take part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and supporting capability validation.
• Identify lessons and best practice and get them learned.

A multinational defence organisation is rebuilding its electromagnetic operations and warfare capability. This role supports the programme that delivers it, from requirements through to doctrine and validation.
