Saint John’s International School is seeking a committed and hands-on Technical Facility Manager & Prevention Advisor to oversee day-to-day campus facilities, maintenance, and safety. The role requires a practical, technically grounded approach to keeping the school's assets running smoothly.

You will coordinate technical, cleaning, grounds, and catering logistics, support renovation projects, and help deliver the campus plan.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance, cleaning, or contractor schedules.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is required.
• Familiarity with international-school accreditation frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Security: manage opening/closing and contractor access; supervise CCTV use.
• Facilities coordination: manage maintenance tickets and contractor activity.
• Health & safety: carry out risk assessments and ensure welfare compliance.
• Sustainability: drive day-to-day sustainability initiatives.
• Building records: keep maintenance records and inspection schedules.
• Events coordination: support facilities logistics for school events.
• People management: supervise handyman; coordinate external teams.
