CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks an onsite Facilities Coordinator to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed, coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment at the client’s new office building.

You will deliver best-practice facilities management in line with client needs and corporate policies, overseeing maintenance, cleaning, catering, and reporting across the site.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Facilities, business or SSHE, or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in managing Commercial sites (desirable).
• Experience in managing Facility on site.
• Good understanding of technical services.
• Trilingual proficiency required: Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Implement facility management on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage delivery of facilities management services (maintenance, cleaning, catering).
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information to report on performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals and department files.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Respond to client, colleague, and supervisor inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain client communications to align services with needs.
• Develop best practice facility management through benchmarking and CBRE resources.
• Represent CBRE on site and build relationships with clients.
