KCN is seeking a Work Camper for Maintenance/Grounds to handle carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and routine upkeep of campground facilities and grounds. The role emphasizes safe work practices and guest service.

Responsibilities include following maintenance programs, adhering to safety guidelines, and assisting with housekeeping or guest services as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to work nights/weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s).
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs for the campground as directed, including pool/spa, lawn mowing, landscaping, and equipment upkeep.
• Comply with safety programs and proper handling of equipment, chemicals, and tools for staff and guests.
• Provide attentive, responsive customer service to guests and report issues to management.
• Other duties may include assisting with Housekeeping or Guest Services as needed.
