The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized and bring a strong maintenance background to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, handle make-readies, and upkeep common areas and units.

Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance, repairs across electrical, plumbing and HVAC, safety compliance, and assisting with on-call duties to ensure timely service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong maintenance background and be organized.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regs is a plus.
• Experience with make-readies and routine upkeep is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Inspect safety hazards and enforce compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate make-readies with maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and report shortages.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
