Wavemaker, part of WPP Media, Brussels, is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our client teams. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly from briefing to reporting, manage budgets, planning and administration, and uphold process quality.

You will collaborate with client leads, media planners, finance colleagues and external partners, ensuring deadlines and information flow are accurate, timely and professional.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, marketing, advertising, project coordination, administration or client operations.
• Structured, accurate and comfortable working with deadlines, budgets and detailed information.
• Enjoy coordinating with different stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned.
• Clear, professional English and Dutch or French; knowledge of both Dutch and French is a strong plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented; able to flag issues.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operational follow-up of media campaigns across channels and client accounts.
• Translate briefings into clear internal actions, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor planning, deadlines, budgets and administrative flows for smooth execution.
• Serve as a central point of contact for operational and financial questions from internal teams, clients and partners.
• Follow up on client approvals, material delivery, campaign documentation and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with media specialists, planners and finance colleagues to maintain accurate processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, flag risks early and help resolve issues before impact.
• Contribute to improving templates, tools and operational processes.
