AYES Belgium is an international engineering and technology firm focused on human values, wellbeing at work, and proximity to employees and customers. The Business Manager will identify opportunities, develop strategic action plans, and accelerate growth in a dynamic environment.

You will monitor market trends, nurture client relationships, support recruitment and talent development, and build and lead teams with mentorship and effective people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
• First experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
