Kaneka Belgium NV in Belgium is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive sales and marketing in the EMEA region, delivering profit according to the agreed business plan.

You will report to the Business Manager EMEA, collect and analyse market data, and help set sales budgets and action plans. You will promote the Kaneka MS Polymer technology at events and develop customer-specific solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Master in Science (Chemistry) with business exposure.
• Strong background in chemistry, polymers, and related applications.
• Experience in speciality chemicals, adhesives, sealants, or polymers is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% across territory.

Responsabilités

• Sales, marketing and generate profit according the agreed business plan in EMEA.
• Report and assistance to the Business Manager EMEA to set up the sales budget and action planning.
• Collection, analyse and report market information to develop the marketing strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance to technical teams, customers, and agents to identify new market opportunities and maximize sales outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and product management teams to develop customer-specific solutions and convert new business opportunities.
• Promoting the technical and commercial advantages of Kaneka MS Polymer technology.
• Represent Kaneka at industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
