Médiane Benelux recherche un Responsable Développement Commercial pour prospecter de nouveaux clients dans les secteurs industriels en Flandre et gérer l’intégralité du cycle de vente, de la première prise de contact à la signature des contrats. Le poste implique le maintien de comptes existants et la participation à des appels d’offres, avec une rémunération attractive et des avantages variés.

Qualifications

• Expérience confirmée en vente et en développement commercial dans le secteur de l’ingénierie ou de la tech.
• Bilingue néerlandais/français (anglais apprécié).
• Autonomie, proactivité et orientation résultats.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la construction de relations durables.

Responsabilités

• Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients dans les secteurs industriels en Flandre.
• Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente: premier contact, analyse des besoins, devis, négociation et signature.
• Maintenir et développer les comptes existants, construire des relations de confiance à long terme.
• Participer à des appels d’offres, négocier les termes commerciaux et assurer un suivi client régulier.
• Exécuter la stratégie commerciale et accroître la visibilité de la marque en Flandre.

Le poste :

Commercial Development

• Identify and prospect new clients within industrial sectors across Flanders.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: first contact, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Participate in tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure regular client follow-up.
• Execute the company's commercial strategy and contribute to increasing brand visibility in Flanders.

Operational Management

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to place consultants with clients.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and guarantee service quality.
• Manage key commercial KPIs: turnover, margin, and profitability.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
• Represent Médiane at events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.

Profil recherché :

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Developer, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
• Bilingual Dutch/French (English is an asset).
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building lasting trust-based relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Flemish industrial ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering professions.
