Generations Recruitment is seeking the first Account Manager in Belgium to own the full commercial cycle—from early strategic conversations to securing long-term partnerships across Public Sector, Retail, Healthcare, and Engineering Firms. You will report to the International Director and help establish the Belgian operation with the backing of a €3B group.
The role requires fluent French and Dutch, a talent for turning technical contexts into business value, and the drive to build a market from
Most commercial roles ask you to grow an existing portfolio, or execute someone else's playbook. This one is different: our client is opening Belgium for the very first time, and they're looking for the person who'll become the face of the company here.
The market already exists. The demand already exists. The first customers already exist. What's missing is you.
The reference in Energy Management for commercial and public buildings: 150 employees, 250+ active clients, 1 TWh of energy savings generated in 2025. An autonomous subsidiary of a €3B European industrial group, present in 100+ countries, now organically entering Belgium after proving the model across Europe.
Belgium is no longer a hypothesis: a first public client is already signed, a strong pipeline is building in Wallonia, and new regulations are turning Energy Management into a strategic priority for public organisations. Until now, the International Director has been driving this from Paris. It's time for someone to own it, on the ground.
As the company's first Account Manager in Belgium, you'll own the full commercial cycle, from opening strategic conversations to closing long-term partnerships, across Public Sector, Retail, Healthcare and Engineering Firms. In Flanders especially, there's no playbook yet, you write it. You'll report directly to the International Director, with real onboarding, real support, and the backing of a €3B group behind you.
This isn't just a job. It's the chance to become the person who built the Belgian business, and potentially lead the team that follows.
