Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment seeks a driven Business Developer with a passion for technology and digital transformation to build long-term client relationships across industries in Belgium.

You will engage senior stakeholders, craft strategic proposals, and close large deals while leveraging a multilingual environment. Flexible to work from our offices with client visits supported.

Qualificações

• 5 to 8 years in business development, sales, account management or digital transformation.
• Proven ability engaging with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and executives.
• Experience closing large, complex commercial agreements or strategic deals.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Trilingual profile with native-level Dutch and strong English and French.

Required Qualifications :

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or digital transformation within industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, or Technology.
• Proven experience engaging with and advising mid- to senior-level stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in managing and closing large, complex commercial agreements or strategic deals.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Trilingual profile with native-level Dutch and strong professional proficiency in English and French.
