Carpenter Engineered Foams Belgium BV in Wetteren is seeking a Business Controller to set up financial planning, budget control and reporting for the Engineered Foams department. You will analyze data, report findings and advise management to improve efficiency and profitability.

The role requires a Master\'s in economics/finance, at least 3 years in finance, fluency in Dutch and English, strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, controlling or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to link and synthesize complex data.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Perform the monthly closing process for the Wetteren Engineered Foams department.
• Provide periodic financial reports for the Wetteren production site and the business management team.
• Draw up budget and forecasts.
• Analyze business performance.
• Report on working capital.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in preparing investment files.
• Participate in special projects as required.
