Captains of Finance in Grimbergen is seeking a hands-on Business Controller to drive budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across multiple organizations. You will identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and transparency, and work with colleagues to turn insights into action.

You will analyze KPIs, support month-end and year-end closing, assist with VAT and audits, and contribute to automation projects using Excel, Power BI, SAP or Navision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in controlling or finance.
• Eager to grow as a Business Controller, with a paid traineeship possible for recent graduates.
• Analytical, accurate with a proactive mindset; strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, good command of French and English.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and financial performance.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Preparing VAT returns and assisting with audits.
• Cash flow management, treasury activities, and intercompany invoicing.
• Optimizing financial processes and reporting; contributing to automation projects.
