LAMBDA-X HIGH-TECH is seeking a Business Controller to help deploy new processes and tools while taking ownership of day-to-day controlling activities. You will consolidate and enhance the controlling framework and monitor KPIs to support financial performance.

Fluent in French with professional English, you will interact with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Project Management, continuously improving processes in a fast-growing high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business engineering, commercial engineering, economics, finance or related field.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in business or financial controlling in an industrial or project-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in understanding the business beyond the numbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Projects.

Responsabilités

• Support the deployment of new processes and tools while progressively taking ownership of day-to-day business controlling activities.
• Play a key role in consolidating, structuring and continuously improving Lambda-X's controlling environment.
• Consolidate and further develop Lambda-X's controlling framework, laying foundations for a scalable function.
• Analyse pilot project feedback, recommend improvements and contribute to rollout of the new framework.
• Improve data quality, consistency and reliability by standardising processes and internal controls.
• Introduce and monitor KPIs to support financial performance and decision-making.
• Support change management by training and guiding teams in new processes, tools and ways of working.

Business Controller

• Support the deployment of new processes and tools while progressively taking ownership of day-to-day business controlling activities.
• Play a key role in consolidating, structuring and continuously improving Lambda-X's controlling environment.
• Consolidate and further develop Lambda-X's controlling framework, laying the foundations for a sustainable and scalable controlling function.
• Analyse feedback from pilot projects, recommend improvements and contribute to the successful rollout of the new controlling framework across the organisation.
• Improve the quality, consistency and reliability of financial and operational data by standardising processes and strengthening internal controls.
• Introduce and monitor relevant KPIs to support financial performance and business decision-making.
• Support change management by training and guiding teams in the adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve controlling practices, processes and overall business performance.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in business engineering, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling or a similar role within an industrial or project-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with a genuine interest in understanding the business beyond the numbers.
• Thrives in evolving environments, with a passion for improving processes and challenging the status quo.
• Comfortable with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong asset) and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI), with an interest in data flows and reporting automation.
• Good understanding of financial and controlling processes, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Project Management.
• Organised, pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational involvement.
• Fluent in French, with a professional command of English.
