Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Business Controller within our Contract Logistics team to oversee financial management and controlling for a full site. You will act as a trusted financial partner to site management, supporting decision-making with clear, data-driven insights.

You will lead monthly closes, forecasting, and budgeting, analyze contracts and pricing, and contribute to strategic projects such as commercial proposals and investment analysis, helping drive performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Finance / Controlling in a business-facing role.
• Understanding of logistics cost structures, KPIs, and operational drivers.
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, structured insights.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site management to provide financial and operational insights that support decision-making.
• Lead monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Analyse and challenge customer contracts, pricing models, and business cases.
• Validate the financial impact of operational changes and investments.
• Support strategic projects, including commercial proposals and investment analysis.

You act as a trusted financial partner to site management, supporting decision-making through clear and data-driven insights. By translating financial data into actionable recommendations, you actively drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth. You report directly to the National Controller Contract Logistics.
