Business Analyst - Sustainability & Supplier Data Platform
As part of our consulting pipeline, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the evolution of a digital platform focused on supplier data management, sustainability reporting, and supply chain intelligence.
The platform collects, calculates, and analyzes supplier‑related data that complements SAP master data. The resulting insights enable organizations to improve supply chain transparency, monitor sustainability performance, support Scope 3 emissions reporting, and drive decarbonization initiatives.
The consultant will be integrated into a multidisciplinary product team operating in an agile environment, working alongside business analysts, developers, and a Product Owner, while interacting with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and international business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development Support
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the platform.
- Gather and analyze feedback from business users, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support feature validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Create and maintain product and process documentation.
- Business Analysis
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Facilitate the data structures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and harmonize processes.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business domains.
- Understand interactions with related products and systems and ensure alignment where required.
- Support planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions together with the Product Owner.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and product delivery cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the product team.
Competences
- Language proficiency: You are fluent in English and in at least one of the following languages: French or Dutch. Proficiency in German is an advantage.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in procurement‑related roles.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.Strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP environments.
- Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, or supply chain processes.
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG reporting, CSRD, or Scope 3 emissions is considered an asset.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with business process modelling methodologies and tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to understand, map, and optimize business processes.
- Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and taking ownership of diverse responsibilities.
