Zusammenfassung

SEIDOR is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Senior Level to join our international IT project, remotely (must be located in Europe).

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, analyse as-is vs to-be processes using BPMN 2.0, and define user stories with acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum setting. You’ll maintain traceability and support backlog refinement and UAT across multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years in BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
• 6+ years in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• 5+ years maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• 5+ years Jira/Confluence experience.

Aufgaben

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Analyse as-is processes and design to-be processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis.
• Define user stories, PBIs, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements management.
• Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate requirements.
• Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform impact analyses when requirements evolve.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout iterations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
• Analyse existing (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis.
• Define user stories, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements management.
• Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate business requirements.
• Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (EQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• At Least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
• Minimum 6 years of experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using issue-tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading business analysis activities in complex, multi-stakeholder projects or coordinating teams of business analysts.

Additional Skills And Expertise (Nice To Have)

• Previous experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in requirements management within international or intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations.
