Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT project, remotely within Europe. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, model as-is and to-be processes with BPMN 2.0, and define user stories with acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining traceability, supporting backlog refinement, and coordinating UAT. Requires 15+ years of experience, strong BPMN/Agile skills, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of professional experience.
• 7+ years eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
• 6+ years writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• 5+ years maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
• 5+ years using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading business analysis activities in complex, multi-stakeholder projects or coordinating teams of business analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
• Analyse existing processes and design future processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis.
• Define user stories, PBIs, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements management.
• Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate requirements.
• Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform impact analyses when requirements evolve.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout iterations.
