Amaris Consulting Belgium SPRL is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – Process Improvement to join our Brussels team on a VIE contract. You will bridge business and IT, analyzing, modelling, and optimizing processes for digital transformation projects across our international teams.

You will gather requirements, create BPMN/UML artefacts, run workshops, and ensure documentation aligns with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst in IT.
• Hands-on BPMN/UML modelling experience.
• Proficient with Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Camunda, Lucidchart.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Knowledge of Scrum/SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Fluent French and English.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Eligible to work in Belgium or relocate to Brussels.
