FIS in Belgium seeks Business Analysts for the Open Payment Framework (OPF) in the Payments domain. You will participate in end-to-end implementations involving SWIFT processing, clearing, and reconciliation to support a range of domestic and international payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking/Payments domain as a Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT solutions in functional areas such as SWIFT, Clearing, Reconciliation, Investigations.
• Hands-on experience with payment systems and exposure to Payment Hub, Clearing & Settlement, ACH programs.
• Strong understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Basic knowledge of end-to-end SDLC methodologies (waterfall, iterative, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Lead the most complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes; organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and identify indicators for improvements.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Collect data to identify root causes of problems and drive solutions.

Business Analysts – Payments

This role is a part of our OPF – Business Analyst Team (Payment Domain). FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configurations to build a personalized Payment Processing System. From the Open Payment Framework, FIS has created predefined solutions around the bank payment hub, including Domestic & International payments (XCT), SEPA Direct Debits & Credit Transfers (SEPA), SCT INST, UK Faster Payments, Immediate Payments, eBanking (EBK), Business Payments (BP), NPP, BACS, US ACH.

What You Bring

• Banking/Payment industry experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution in functional areas such as SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (e.g. RTGS –CHAPS/FED/NACHA, etc.), Reconciliation and Investigations
• Hands‑on experience with payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated Clearing House programs
• Excellent understanding of an organization’s business systems and industry requirements
• Basic knowledge of one or more end‑to‑end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies
