Michael Page is seeking an Odoo Business Analyst to guide clients through digital transformation journeys, leveraging Odoo to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. You will gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into functional ERP solutions while supporting implementations from analysis to go-live.

You will work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers, shaping testing scenarios and driving user adoption and continuous improvement across Finance, Supply

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP or experience with other ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, or CRM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
