Job summary

Michael Page (Belgium) is recruiting an Odoo Business Analyst to support clients through their digital transformation journey, translating business needs into effective ERP solutions and driving operational efficiency.

You will gather requirements across departments, run workshops, translate needs into functional Odoo designs, and help ERP projects from analysis to go-live while collaborating with consultants, developers and project managers, ensuring user adoption and ongoing process

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or ERP consultant.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, SCM, Ops, HR, or CRM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; good command of English.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
