You will translate business needs into coherent user journeys and ensure end-to-end coverage from journeys to stories.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will be part of the Business Solutions department, reporting to the Manager Build & Transform. The main mission of the department is to ensure internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. You will work on a variety of internal IT solutions, including mobile applications, and contribute to the strategic vision for digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and structure User Journeys.
• Transform business needs into detailed user journeys.
• Identify necessary functionalities.
• Manage nominal cases and edge cases.
• Structure User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prepare elements necessary for UX/UI work.
• Ensure traceability between business needs, UX, and delivery.

The Business Analyst will act as a pivot between business, UX/UI, architecture, development, QA, and project management. You will ensure that business needs are accurately translated, user journeys are coherent, screens are exhaustively defined, and that development teams can implement without ambiguity.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering business and user needs.
• Challenging requests to clarify real objectives.
• Structuring user journeys and identifying pain points.
• Defining user journeys end-to-end and ensuring complete coverage of critical paths.
• Maintaining complete traceability from User Journey to Features to Screens to User Stories to Acceptance Criteria.
• Preparing necessary elements for designers and collaborating closely with UX/UI Designers.
• Writing Epics and User Stories, defining Acceptance Criteria, and maintaining a clear backlog.
• Collaborating with technical teams to clarify expected behaviors and supporting QA/UAT teams.
• Maintaining functional documentation and ensuring coherence.
