Michael Page is recruiting a Business Analyst for a well-established insurance client to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams across multiple ERP environments.

You will gather and analyze requirements, document them as functional specifications, and support API integrations while collaborating with developers, architects and project managers during digital transformation projects. Fluency in French and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business processes (insurance is a plus)
• Good technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data flows, system architecture concepts)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• SAP knowledge is a strong asset, but not mandatory (experience with other ERPs is highly valued)
• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
