Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a client-facing AML monitoring project. On-site with the client, you will manage the current AML tool, extend detection scenarios, and ensure compliance with the Risk Typology Catalogue.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of AML experience, fluent English, and Dutch or French language skills, plus hands-on Netreveal expertise and strong communication. 50% onsite, 50% homeworking.

Responsabilités

• Manage the current AML monitoring tool to enable the client team focus on new initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to the Risk Typology Catalogue by the Group Financial Security department.
• Develop additional AML detection scenarios and mitigate risks.
• Intake and analyze risk assessments from the AML framework team.
• Translate risk analyses into effective AML detection scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define scenario logic and run simulations on historical data.
• Discuss results with the AML framework team and present to committees.
• Prepare audit trail documents and aftercare three months post-implementation.
• Support and manage go-live and aftercare, monitoring alert volumes and relevancy rates.

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a consultancy mission in the compliance domain, specifically focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise on-site at the client, contributing to their AML monitoring project and supporting their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the current AML monitoring tool, enabling the client team to focus on new initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to the Risk Typology Catalogue issued by the Group Financial Security department.
• Develop additional detection scenarios within the AML tool to mitigate identified and emerging risks.
• Intake and analyze risk assessments from the AML framework team.
• Translate risk analysis into effective AML detection scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical team members to define scenario logic and conduct simulations on historical data.
• Discuss results with the AML framework team.
• Prepare audit trail documentation, including aftercare three months post-implementation.
• Prepare and present materials to the AML/CTF TM Framework Committee.
• Manage change processes for L1 and L2 teams.
• Monitor the go-live phase and aftercare, checking alert volumes and relevancy rates.

Requirements:

• Master's degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in at least one local language (Dutch or French), both written and spoken.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Technical experience with Netreveal (scenario manager).
• Preferable experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Business Objects, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SQL.
• Mandatory business experience in the AML domain.
• Preferable experience with Agile Way of Working.
• Analytical mind, conceptual thinking, structured approach, independence, problem-solving skills, quality-minded, communicative, team player, and accuracy.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
