Job summary

Growin in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to drive projects across finance and banking domains. You will gather requirements, develop use cases, and map business processes while ensuring KPI tracking and quality deliverables.

Strong SQL skills and experience with Jira/Confluence are valued, with English fluency and French a plus. You will join a dynamic team in Belgium, with opportunities to travel and collaborate across Europe.

Qualifications

• Collect new business requirements.
• Identify and develop use cases based on requirements.
• Analyze business processes, document procedures and track KPI's.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Previous experience in finance/bank projects.
• Improve the quality of deliveries.
• Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence.
• Fluency in English, French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Develop and validate use cases based on stakeholder needs.
• Analyze existing processes and document procedures; define KPIs.
• Support delivery quality through rigorous analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams using Jira/Confluence to track progress.
