PwC Belgium is seeking an Associate for the Products & Technology team to design, develop and scale digital products that empower internal and external clients in its digital transformation journey.

You will analyse business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with product owners, technology teams and data specialists to deliver value. Fluent English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in business analysis, consulting, product delivery, process improvement, data analysis or a related field; relevant internships and graduate projects are valued.
• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Management, Data & Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

• Analyzing business needs and framing problems.
• Engaging stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, processes and opportunities, while challenging assumptions through structured critical thinking.
• Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process models and acceptance criteria that guide solution delivery.
• Turning data into insight and compelling stories Using data, analytics and AI-enabled tools to explore information, identify patterns and support evidence-based decisions and creating clear narratives, presentations and recommendations that make complex findings understandable and relevant to different audiences.
• Supporting product and change delivery Collaborating with product owners, technology teams, data specialists and business stakeholders throughout discovery, design and delivery. Supporting prioritisation, testing, implementation and adoption to ensure solutions address genuine user and business needs. Tracking expected benefits, risks, dependencies and feedback to help teams continuously improve outcomes.
• Driving innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset Spotted opportunities to simplify processes, improve experiences and create value through technology, AI and data. Testing ideas pragmatically, learning quickly and contributing to prototypes, experiments and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration & stakeholder engagement Facilitating interviews and workshops, asking thoughtful questions and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Acting as a trusted bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring decisions remain connected to strategic objectives and user value.

About you

Experience & education

• Ability to capture and communicate business requirements using techniques such as process mapping, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, including the ability to create concise, audience-focused presentations and recommendations
• Working knowledge of common productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with data visualisation, process-modelling or agile delivery tools is an advantage
