g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyse inefficiencies and help optimize services, ensuring resilience for the client.

The role combines requirements engineering, documentation, and bridging between technical teams and stakeholders, with 2 days on-site in Brussels and the rest remote, starting in August for an initial 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Business-focused profile.
• Fluent French speaking.
• Experience in transport or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
