Brayton Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Market Coordination team in Belgium. You will work on market interfaces, data management, business transformation and regulatory changes, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and support change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading BA efforts across projects, managing dependencies, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as Business/Functional Analyst
• Must have 3+ years as Business Analyst
• Experience in change management incl. education/training
• Minimum 2 years in energy sector
• 2 years MIG4/MIG6 experience
• Experience in quality management and testing
• Proven BPM experience
• Strong communication skills (interview)
• Familiarity with DM Measure processes (interview)
• Dutch language proficiency CEFR C2

As a Business Analyst within the Market Coordination department, you will contribute to one or more projects involving market interfaces, data management, business transformation and regulatory changes.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, process owners, internal and external experts, project leaders and other stakeholders to analyze business needs, support change initiatives and ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst within one or more projects in which Market Coordination participates.
• Monitor substantive dependencies with other projects and collaborate closely with other Business Analysts.
• Facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs and internal/external experts, applying best-practice processes and supporting change acceptance.
• Provide substantive expertise and support to project leaders, including peer review of project deliverables.
• Document and follow up on working groups and discussions, including decisions, proposals and action points.
• Maintain an overview of topics under analysis and adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicate priorities and progress transparently with the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop overarching communication and training materials.
• Prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups.
• Thoroughly analyze new initiatives and change requests from both a market and Fluvius perspective.
• Prepare end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios and support their implementation.
• Support migration and transition activities.
• Contribute to business process development and optimization initiatives.

Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrable experience in change management, including education and training activities.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience within the energy sector.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience with MIG4/MIG6.
• Demonstrable experience in quality management, including testing activities.
• Proven experience with business process development and optimization (BPM).
• Strong communication skills, demonstrable during an interview.
• Knowledge of DM Measure processes, demonstrable during an interview.
• Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Nice to Have

• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience in working with complex market processes and multiple internal/external stakeholders.
