OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end business analysis for features and Opuses. You will lead Agile ideation and refinement, coordinate stakeholders and squad members, and translate needs into actionable requirements with mock-ups and visuals.

• Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch, French and English

Description du poste

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for features and Opuses, acting as Feature Owner / Opus Owner.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ideation and refinement activities, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, challenged and translated into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, squad members and contributors throughout the ideation and refinement lifecycle until features and Opuses are mature.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements using mock-ups, visuals and structured documentation, ensuring customer experience aspects are covered.
• Translate business and client needs into requirements for target solutions and challenge proposed approaches to drive efficient, future-oriented and strategically aligned solutions.
• Ensure clear and regular communication with business stakeholders and contributors and obtain validation of requirements.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing, tracking progress, defects, risks and quality.
• Support change management and business onboarding, mapping business needs to delivered functionalities and monitoring solutions at go-live.
• Identify, communicate and manage constraints, impediments, risks and issues to keep delivery on track.
• Contribute to functional analysis and understand technical functionalities sufficiently to collaborate effectively with IT stakeholders.

Experience Required

• At least 6 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Proven experience with Opus ownership and Feature ownership, including project/delivery coordination.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Experience contributing to testing activities, including end-to-end testing.
• Strong technical understanding of functional and technical functionalities and ability to work effectively with IT contributors.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly graphs and data visualisation.
• Strong project management experience within Opus/Feature ownership, refinement and ideation activities.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer-centricity, ownership and autonomy.
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
