NP Group in Brussels is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support investment and wealth management transformation projects across business, operations and technology teams.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and coordinate UAT and implementation activities with investment, operations, technology and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Experience in investment management, wealth management, securities or investment banking.
• Understanding of investment products and the investment lifecycle.
• Experience delivering transformation or technology projects.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support investment and wealth management transformation projects, working across business, operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Experience

• 3-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Experience within investment management, wealth management, securities or investment banking.
• Understanding of investment products and/or the investment lifecycle.
• Experience delivering transformation or technology projects.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with portfolio management, funds, securities, trading/order management or investment platforms would be advantageous.
